Chroma Early Learning Academy is seeking an Assistant Childcare Teacher to support lead teachers in creating a safe, nurturing classroom for young children. You will help implement age-appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth while ensuring supervision and well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting with lesson prep, maintaining a clean space, monitoring behavior, and communicating with staff and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to Pass a Background Check.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to meet Georgia Bright from the Start and Quality Rated guidelines.
• Passion for early childhood education and the social-emotional well-being of young children.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.

About This Role
