Joyoflearningcenter is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as part-time assistants in Kentucky. We provide a play-based curriculum and a nurturing environment that supports children’s growth from infancy to school age.

You will plan and implement activities, assist with daily care, and maintain open communication with families. Training is provided in-house to help you succeed and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities to promote development.
• Prepare children for kindergarten using the provided curriculum.
• Assist in daily care: feeding, changing, and nap time.
• Maintain open communication with parents using the Classroom Management system.

We are looking for experienced teachers to join our talented team where we inspire children to be lifelong learners through our play-based curriculum. What you bring as a Team Member:

All Assistant Teachers are expected to plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children with the oversight of a senior team member. You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using the provided curriculum. You will also assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time. You will maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system.

Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED. Previous experience and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements is great but not necessary.

Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 Hour based on Region, education and experience
