Joy of Learning Center in Shelbyville, TN seeks passionate teachers to join a play-based program that inspires lifelong learners. Full-time and part-time roles Monday–Friday, with in-house training and growth opportunities.

You'll plan and lead age-appropriate activities, support infants to kindergartners, assist with daily care, and communicate with parents through our Classroom Management system. Competitive pay and benefits are offered to highlight our dedication to staff development.

What you bring as a Team Member:

All Teachers plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using the provided curriculum. You will also assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time. You will maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system. Teachers may also assist Lead Teachers in classroom management or in fulfilling requests made by the Assistant Director or Director.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 Year of relevant experience.

Pay: $14.00 Hour based on Region, education and experience
