Hattie Larlham is seeking an Assistant Teacher in Columbus to support the education team by following IEP/IFSP plans and helping plan engaging activities. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, structured classroom and assisting in daily routines under supervision of the Director of Dahlberg Gibson Learning Center.
The position requires an associate degree or CDA, with a preference for a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood.
The Assistant Teacher reports directly to the Director, Dahlberg Gibson Learning Center and is a key member of the education team. Assists the Intervention Specialist in following the student Individualized Education Plans (IEP)/Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP) and planning activities that support the same. Assists in the provision of a consistently safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment.
