Child Development Schools in Bryant, AR is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our team and help create a classroom filled with discovery, creativity, learning, and joy. You will work alongside the Lead Teacher to support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports

What Your Day Looks Like

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time

Pay And Benefits

Pay:$11-$12.75 per hour, based on experience and education.
