Beaulieu Vineyard, part of Treasury Wine Estates, seeks an Assistant Hospitality Manager to lead the tasting room operations in Rutherford, shaping guest journeys and elevating wine experiences.
You will partner with winery chef, culinary and events teams to deliver tastings and private events, coach a team, and drive sales while maintaining BV’s warmth and excellence.

As Assistant Hospitality Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in bringing this new experience to life—helping shape the tasting room in our culinary & events space, and overall guest journey that will define BV’s next chapter.
This is a unique opportunity to partner with our winery chef, culinary, and events teams to deliver elevated, best-in-class food & wine tastings, private events, and activations. As a front-line leader, you’ll drive sales, coach your team, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the warmth and excellence of BV.

The base pay range offered for this position is $69,000 to $80,500 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
