As the Luxury Experiences Assistant Hospitality Manager at our Hilltop Tasting Room, you will lead a high-performing hospitality team delivering elevated guest experiences in one of Sterling’s most distinctive settings. This role oversees premium food and wine experiences, ensuring exceptional service, compelling storytelling, and luxury hospitality standards. You will coach and develop Hospitality Associates to deliver personalized service while achieving direct-to-consumer sales goals. As a frontline leader, you will oversee service execution, team performance, and daily operations, creating memorable guest experiences that strengthen Sterling’s reputation as a premier Napa Valley destination.

The compensation range listed reflects a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position at the time of posting. The base pay range offered for this position is $69,000 to $80,500 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data.
