You arrive early enough to prepare the deck and ensure lanes, equipment, and timing systems are ready before athletes step on deck. Practices center primarily on the Senior Gold Group, with a steady cadence: warm-up, focused sets, and purposeful feedback that keeps swimmers engaged and progressing. Between sets, you coordinate with the Head Coach and/or Head Age Group Coach to stay aligned on seasonal direction and any needed adjustments.
