Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to support our dynamic swim program at the Austin club. You will help team members improve technique, run practices under the head coach, and assist with registration and facility upkeep.

You will collaborate with the Head Coach to design group workouts, ensure safe operations, and promote Life Time products and programs. Prior ASCA/USA Swimming affiliation and Lifeguard certification are preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of swim coaching experience
• Member of ASCA
• Member of USA Swimming
• Complete Life Time Swim Instructor Certification
• Able to swim 25 yards without stopping
• Able to repeatedly bend to lift 20 lbs or less

Responsibilities

• Offers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique
• Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach
• Promotes Life Time products, services and programs
