Job summary
Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to work in a fast-paced facility in Irving, TX. You will assist the Head Swim Team Coach in designing and leading group workouts, registering new participants, and keeping Aquatics spaces clean and organized.
The role requires 1 year of swim coaching, ASCA and USA Swimming memberships, and completion of Life Time Swim Instructor Certification. Lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid are also required or to be completed within
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of swim coaching experience.
- Member of ASCA.
- Member of USA Swimming.
- Complete Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
- Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests about Life Time products and services.
- Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
- Able to lift 20 lbs repeatedly.
Responsibilities
- Offers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
- Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach.
- Promotes Life Time products, services and programs.
