Job summary
Life Time Inc. in Dublin, CA is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to support our fast-paced aquatic program. You will work with the Head Swim Team Coach to plan and run group workouts, help register new participants, and keep facilities clean and organized.
The role requires at least 1 year coaching experience, ASCA and USA Swimming membership, and Lifeguard/CPR certifications. You should be able to swim 25 yards and lift modest weights as part of daily duties.
Qualifications
- 1 year of swim coaching experience.
- Member of ASCA.
- Member of USA Swimming.
- Successfully complete and pass Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.
- Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests about Life Time products and services.
- Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to lift more than 20lbs.
Responsibilities
- Offers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique
- Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach
- Promotes all Life Time products, services and programs
