The YMCA of Greater Brandywine in Berwyn, PA is seeking an Assistant Swim Coach to deliver a safe, high-quality swim team program for all levels. This part-time role supports practices, meets, and team activities while upholding YMCA values.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with competitive swimming or swim instruction experience, able to demonstrate swim strokes, and willing to obtain required certifications within 90 days of hire. Apply today.

Qualifications

• Creates and conducts swim practices as assigned by the supervisor.
• Assists other coaching staff in supporting practices, meets and other team activities, keeping the program goals in mind.
• May maintain records as required (attendance, progress reports, etc.).
• Actively promotes YMCA Character Development and Core Values.
• Presents a professional image at all times.
• Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.
