Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Participated in competitive swimming as a student-athlete.
• Experience working with children aged 7-18 is needed.
• Must be able to obtain lifesaving certifications.

Responsibilities

• Relate to young student-athletes in swimming.
• Knowledge of competitive swimming is necessary.
• Listen to student-athletes and encourage them.
