YMCA seeks an Assistant Swim Coach in Doylestown, PA, for a part-time, hourly role ($15–$20). You willHelp develop communication, leadership and responsibility among young swimmers and earn a free YMCA membership and flexible schedule.

Requirements include 18+ years old, competitive swimming background, experience with 7–18-year-olds, and lifesaving certifications; training is provided. Join a non-profit focused on community strength.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Participated in competitive swimming as a student-athlete.
• Worked with children aged 7–18 as coach or educator.
• Must be a positive role model for swimmers.
• Obtain lifesaving certifications (First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen) with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Relate to young student-athletes in swimming with empathy and encouragement.
• Demonstrate knowledge of competitive swimming and technique basics.
• Listen to student-athletes and be a motivating role model.

Passionate about coaching the lifesaving skill of swimming? We are looking for individuals, age 18+ to serve as an Assistant Swim Coach. As an Assistant Swim Coach, you develop important skills such as communication, leadership and responsibility that will serve you for a lifetime!

What is needed for this job as our Assistant Swim Coach:

• 18+ years of age
• Participated in competitive Swimming as a student-athlete
• Worked with children ranging in ages 7-18, as either a coach or educator
• Can be a positive role model for our swimmers
• Obtain lifesaving certifications (First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen) - training provided
