An established industry player in collegiate athletics seeks an Assistant Swim Coach to support its NCAA Division III swimming program. This role involves recruiting, training, and coaching both men's and women's swimming and diving athletes while fostering a strong academic and athletic environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, a passion for teamwork, and a commitment to promoting a positive team atmosphere. This position requires on-site work in Jackson, MS, and includes evening and weekend commitments, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a vibrant athletic program.
The Assistant Swim Coach supports the head coach by sharing responsibility for the success of the men’s and women’s swimming and diving program at Millsaps College. This position supports Millsaps’ NCAA Division III intercollegiate swimming program including recruiting, training, and coaching athletes, assisting with fundraising to augment the program budget and providing support to the Department of Athletics. The Assistant Swim Coach reports directly to the Head Swim Coach.
This position works on-site in Jackson, MS and requires regular evening and weekend work and travel.
