Location: Global Online Leadership College, Milledgeville, Georgia (On-site)

Due to continued growth and increased demand in our student services department, Georgia Military College is expanding our team! We're seeking a Coach Assistant to support our Enrollment and Graduation Coaches in providing an exceptional student experience from application to graduation.

This position serves as a foundational role with clear pathways for professional advancement. Many of our team members begin in this role and grow into coaching or other leadership positions as they gain experience and demonstrate their strengths.

What You’ll Do

As a Coach Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the student enrollment lifecycle by:

• Managing application processing and document intake (admissions, records, financial documents)
• Reviewing student accounts receivable and supporting registration for transient/non-degree students
• Inputting leads into HubSpot, exporting applications, and generating daily updates to keep coaches informed of student progress
• Monitoring academic and financial aid progress, preparing weekly refund and balance reports, and flagging students of concern
• Contributing to team success with other administrative tasks as needed

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
