Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks an experienced Program Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion quality improvement across programs.

You will supervise staff through coaching and evaluations, manage budgeting and staffing, coordinate recruitment and scheduling, maintain recipient charts and reports, and liaise with regulatory bodies, social services agencies, and families to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Services or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in the field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Experience in budget management and human resources preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adjust to program needs and schedules.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
