College of DuPage seeks an Assistant Supervisor, Box Office (FT) to manage open/close, walk-up and phone sales, and daily reconciliation on ProVenue. You will train and supervise Box Office staff and coordinate with the MAC team to ensure smooth performances.
The role requires at least one year of customer service, proficiency with Excel and Word, strong cash handling, and excellent English communication. Evening and weekend hours are common, and a background check is required.

Responsible for opening and closing the Box Office for performances and weekday operations as needed. Managing walk up ticket sales, phone sales, reconciliation and reporting of ticket sales on the computerized ticketing system, direction of Box Office activities, including training and supervising Box Office employees and interaction with the users and patrons of the MAC. Set up event specifics in ticketing system in preparation for sales.

7 Hourly Starting salary beginning at $21.70/hourly, based on education and experience
