We're currently seeking an Assistant Supervisor in our Transitional Housing Program for homeless individuals.

Position Summary: The Assistant Program Supervisor provides high-quality supportive services to ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming living environment for residents. They provide on-site direction to and coordinate residence counseling staff.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversees daily house operations (meals, activities, chores).
2. Develops individualized service plans for clients and coordinates service delivery.
3. Provides supportive counseling and encourages healthier choices.
4. Ensures household responsibilities and housekeeping are performed.
5. Oversees direct support staff and assigns daily tasks.
6. Assumes supervisor duties in their absence.
7. Responds to client emergencies flexibly.
8. Completes documentation per standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor's/Associate's degree with 1 year experience or HS diploma with 2 years related experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, understanding of HIV and harm reduction, initiative, sound judgment, ability to work independently, and flexibility in work hours.

Compensation: Starting at $22.12/hour.
