Job summary

Skanska is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead on‑site field operations, ensuring safety, schedule, and profitability. Reporting to the Superintendent, you’ll supervise crews, enforce safety programs, inspect quality, and maintain relations with owners, architects, and subs.

Required: 3+ years in construction with safety/QC administration, plus experience with scheduling, site logistics, and plans/specs. Prior work in semiconductor/cleanroom or mission‑critical facilities is valued.

Qualifications

3+ years of proven construction experience.
3+ years’ experience administering safety and QC policies.
1+ year working with schedule milestones and look‑ahead schedules.
1+ year assisting with job site logistics and management.
1+ year tracking COs and tickets.
1+ year working with plans and specs.
1+ years experience supporting semiconductor, advanced technology, microchip manufacturing, cleanroom, and/or other mission‑critical facility construction projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day supervision of field crews and ensure contract compliance.
Inspect subcontractor work and maintain site logistics and short‑term schedules.
Monitor labor and material costs and prepare daily reports.
Participate in project meetings and review change orders with leadership.
Mentor team members to support a safe, injury‑free environment.
