Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Superintendent 1 to lead field operations on assigned projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, profitability, and ethical conduct as outlined by contract documents. The role involves supervising field crews and assistant superintendents to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven construction experience.
• 2+ years as Safety and QAQC cultural champion.
• 2+ years leading smaller fit-out projects or a segment of a larger project.
• 2+ years with change order and ticket management.
• 2+ years with subcontractor oversight.
• 2+ years with schedule updates and look-ahead scheduling.
• 2+ years reading and delivering on plans and specifications.
• 2+ years supporting semiconductor/advanced technology/ microchip manufacturing/ cleanroom or mission-critical facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations in assigned areas, ensuring safety, timely, profitable, and ethical work.
• Directly supervise field labor forces and assistant superintendents.
• Ensure work aligns with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule.
