Job summary

MPI in the greater Boston area seeks an Assistant Superintendent - Renovations to support two active projects, collaborating with the Lead Superintendent on field operations. This role provides mentorship and a clear growth path toward a full Superintendent position, with exposure to commercial renovation and capital improvement work.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in construction, experience with Procore/Bluebeam, strong communication and organizational skills, OSHA preferred, CSL a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of construction experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or related role.
• Open to candidates who have recently stepped into a Superintendent position.
• Experience supporting commercial, renovation, tenant improvement, or capital improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of Procore and/or Bluebeam.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Construction Supervisor License (CSL) is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work on projects throughout the Greater Boston area.
