Omega Builders is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our on-site construction team. You will assist in coordinating multiple new home projects, manage subcontractors and material flows, and ensure work aligns with plans and schedules while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• Experience residential new home construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating on-site construction of multiple homes under Lean principles.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials and equipment to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications and safety regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Conduct quality checks and support close-out activities with homeowners and supervisors.
