Absher Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent in Washington state to support planning, scheduling, and on-site supervision of field teams. The role focuses on coordinating materials, tools, and subcontractors to keep projects on track and profitable.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of means and methods in construction.
• Ability to manage the job site; coordinate tools and materials.
• Experience supervising contractors and craft labor crews.
• Developing and maintaining site logistics plans; obtain approvals.
• Broad understanding of the construction industry; lead with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist superiors in planning construction procedures, schedules, and material needs.
• Supervise and coordinate field craft workers on job sites.
• Manage self-performed scopes and project profitability, including materials and deliveries.
• Monitor costs and maintain the project schedule.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to avoid conflicts.
