Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist superiors in planning construction procedures, specifications, work schedules, and material needs.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of field craft workers on job sites.
• Solely responsible for self-performed scopes of work and profitability, including material ordering and scheduling deliveries.
• Monitor costs and maintain scheduled activities.
