Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience as an assistant superintendent with 3+ years total construction experience
• Experience in construction management across commercial/hospitality, buildings and infrastructure
• Degree in Construction Management, engineering, or comparable degree
• Experience managing project budgets, developing and maintaining schedules, and owner relationships
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be open to relocation

Responsibilities

• Support Sr. Project Superintendent with day-to-day field supervision
• Enforce safety policies and direct craft personnel and subcontractors
• Schedule and sequence daily work activities; ensure objectives meet safety, cost, schedule and quality
• Maintain QC/QA files and update as-built drawings
• Attend pre-construction and progress meetings; monitor staffing and performance
