B.L. Harbert International, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in planning, directing and completing construction projects.

The role emphasizes coordinating contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications to meet deadlines and budgets. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in construction management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and the ability to relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in construction management, buildings and infrastructure.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, engineering, or comparable degree.

Responsibilities

• Distribute, track and maintain plans and specs.
• Maintain and update the Submittal Register.
• Organize and check subcontractor Pay Apps for content and accuracy.
• Generate weekly subcontractor coordination meeting minutes.
• Coordinate subcontractor and BLHI material deliveries.
• Generate subcontractor and supplier change orders and update quantity reports weekly.
