Michael Page represents a well-established commercial/multifamily builder in Austin, TX seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to assist in supervising daily operations on large, complex projects using Procore and Bluebeam. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, track progress, and communicate with clients and project teams to provide timely updates.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in construction project coordination or management.
• Knowledge of multifamily construction processes and standards, preferably with high rises.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
