MPI is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on a large multifamily development in Austin, TX. You will assist with daily coordination, subcontractor management, scheduling, logistics, and on-site safety, while partnering with project leadership to ensure high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• Must have GC experience with large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of sequencing and field execution required.
• Exposure to scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily field coordination and subcontractor management.
• Support project scheduling and milestone tracking.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance on site.
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and installation activities.
• Collaborate with project management on procurement and long-lead material planning.
• Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings as needed.
• Contribute to project performance and maintain relationships across the team.
