Weis Builders is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Project Superintendent and Project Manager on-site and in the office. The role emphasizes safety, coordination, and client-focused service across multiple projects in Santa Fe, NM.

The candidate should hold a construction-related degree and be proficient with Excel, CMiC, Procore, or similar tools. Travel willingness and strong teamwork are essential to succeed.

Competenze

• Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with construction management software such as Excel, CMiC, Procore, or similar tools.
• Strong teamwork, client-focused mindset, and ability to travel as needed.

Mansioni

• Assist with project duties including material take-offs, permits, labor reports, and two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Build relationships with clients, architects, and vendors to support continuity and growth.
• Lead safety meetings, maintain safety logs, and address safety concerns on site.
• Communicate effectively with the project team to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, deliveries, and equipment as needed.
• Apply Quality Control practices to meet or exceed standards.
• Complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Support cost control by tracking labor hours and PO logs.
• Learn building codes and ensure compliance across project activities.
