Job summary

Weis Builders, a premier construction company with a long history, seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support the Project Superintendent and Project Manager on-site and in the office. This role offers hands-on experience, client interaction, and growth within the construction field.

You will assist with take-offs, permits, schedules, coordination of subcontractors, quality control, safety, and cost tracking while building strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Experience with construction management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with material take-offs, permits, labor reports, and two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Build relationships with clients, architects, and vendors to support continuity.
• Lead safety meetings, maintain safety logs, and address safety concerns.
