MCN Build is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for a USVI project. The role involves supporting the lead superintendent, coordinating subcontractors and materials, and ensuring work aligns with drawings and contract documents.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year in the position and a High School Diploma. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for on-site success and adherence to budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical, and clerical support for the project team.

• Ensure subcontractors comply with scope, schedule and budget.
