Job summary

MCN Build in Frederiksted, USVI is seeking an Assistant Superintendent with at least 1 year in the role and a high school diploma to assist the lead superintendent with day-to-day field supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in the Assistant Superintendent position.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage schedules.
• Reading and interpreting drawings and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical, and clerical support to the project team.
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path.
• Perform quality control and ensure safety/quality standards.
• Coordinate on-site activities and ensure schedule and budget adherence.
