Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project management during budget development and risk assessment.
• Develop general conditions costs by identifying field requirements and constraints.
• Create RFP-level schedules in MS Project, Phoenix, or P6 showing major activities and milestones.
• Lead trade coordination meetings to resolve field conflicts and set priorities.
• Plan field sequencing to protect schedule and productivity.
• Review daily journals and field paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage field QAQC, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
• Present weekly field updates on progress, manpower, risks, and constraints.
• Coordinate hoisting, deliveries, and site access to minimize disruption.
