MPI is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support commercial pool construction and municipal infrastructure projects across Northern New Jersey, NYC, Westchester County, and Eastern Pennsylvania. This role offers exposure to project management and potential advancement to Lead Super or Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in construction/engineering, with a related bachelor’s degree preferred, and comfort working in office and field environments.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of construction, engineering, project coordination, or operations experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
