Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Support coordination and supervision of subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Help maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
• Monitor daily jobsite operations including safety, quality control, and productivity
• Conduct site walks to ensure work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications
• Assist with logistics planning, material deliveries, and site organization
• Participate in subcontractor meetings and help drive accountability on-site
• Track and report project progress, identifying and escalating potential issues early
• Enforce company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent in managing all on-site construction activities from start to finish

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow into a lead Superintendent role

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent field experience)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
