Qualifications

• Master's Degree plus five years' administrative experience; Doctorate preferred.
• Superintendent's Letter of Eligibility required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional materials and regulations; produce reports and manuals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with administrators, teachers, parents and boards.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in administration and coordination of the district's educational program.
• Oversee Curriculum Development, Instruction Process, Educational Technology and Staff Development.
• Supervise K-12 Principals.
• Review curriculum on a systematic schedule and implement new curricula and programs.
• Serve as liaison to Curriculum and Special Education Committee.
• Administer textbook selection and federal programs.
• Oversee data-driven instruction and technology resources.
