Job summary

LVI Associates in Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on ground-up and renovation projects. You will work with the Superintendent to coordinate daily field activities, maintain schedules, and ensure quality and safety on site.

This role offers exposure to diverse commercial projects and a path toward senior field leadership through mentorship and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day supervision and coordination of subcontractors and field personnel.
• Support project schedule execution and milestone completion.
• Promote jobsite safety and quality control on site.
• Conduct daily site walks and maintain field documentation.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics.
• Participate in subcontractor meetings and progress updates.
• Assist with punch lists and project closeout activities.
