• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six years of commercial construction field experience.
• Two years of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
• Ability to read plans and specs.
• Proficiency with a PC and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction services and scheduling.
• Project start-up and scheduling; project administration and close-out.
• Promote customer relations and leadership development.
• Supervise subcontractors and field teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Read plans and specs to ensure project compliance.
