Job summary

Stealth is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join a project team building high-density residential and mixed-use developments in San Diego.

You'll supervise punch carpenters and subcontractors, coordinate inspections, manage punch lists, assist in schedules, and ensure quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of multifamily construction experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel; Procore/Textura a plus.
• Familiarity with building codes and construction procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Assist in building and maintaining project schedules
• Review plans to catch inconsistencies and verify layouts against code
• Monitor job site safety and participate in weekly safety/subcontractor meetings

What You Bring

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily construction
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel (Procore/Textura a plus)
• Familiarity with building codes, rough trade work, and construction procedures
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The base salary for this position is between $100,000 - $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
