With over 10 years of experience and 10,000+ units completed, SD Builders is a fast growing general contractor, specializing in mid‑sized ground‑up developments across New York City—including market‑rate housing, affordable housing, and shelter projects (50–500+ units). Our work is built on strong partnerships, disciplined execution, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
You’ll take the lead on daily field operations—overseeing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety compliance, managing materials, and driving progress on‑site. You’ll be the key link between the field and project management team, solving problems in real time and keeping projects moving forward.
In compliance with NYC and NYS pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $180,000 – $235,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and performance‑based incentives.
