NICON BUILD LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead construction operations on-site in New York, NY. You will own job site execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in site supervision, strong knowledge of construction methods, and experience with ground-up or large-scale renovations. Proficiency in scheduling tools and OSHA/SSM considerations are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in site supervision or construction field leadership.
• Experience managing ground-up construction or large-scale renovations.
• Knowledge of building codes and NYC DOB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within scope
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and labor crews to maintain workflow and productivity
• Enforce strict jobsite safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards at all times
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues and RFIs
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation
• Manage material deliveries, equipment scheduling, and site logistics

• OSHA 30 certification required; Site Safety Manager (SSM) or SST card a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
