As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects and drive execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Run all onsite construction activities for a medical office interior fit‑out
• Direct subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and safety compliance
• Maintain schedule, daily reports, quality control, and coordination
• Collaborate closely with the PM and ownership team
• Ensure all healthcare construction standards are met
• Drive field problem‑solving and keep the project moving efficient

Profile

• Minimum 10+ years of construction medical/healthcare ground up construction superintendent experience
• Experience as a Superintendent on medical office or hospital interiors
• Strong, stable tenure with previous employers
• Ability to run interior fit‑outs independently
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Strong understanding of safety practices and healthcare requirements
