Job summary

F.H. Paschen is seeking an assistant manager to support the Superintendent and General Superintendent on construction projects in Texas. This role focuses on day-to-day supervision, safety, and coordination with field labor and subcontractors.

• Assist in maintaining project safety
• Assist in maintaining project housekeeping / clean up of job site
• Assist in maintaining appropriate project documentation
• Assist in resolving any field conflicts
• Assist in insuring proper job sequencing
• Assist with owner occupant relations
• Coordinate and receive deliveries
• Regular project visits
• Oversee your own projects when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Overview:

This is an assistant managerial position and reports to the Superintendent in charge of the project and the General Superintendent.
