F.H. Paschen, a long-established construction company, seeks a Superintendent to plan, schedule, and direct field activities on projects in Fayetteville. This management role reports to the Project Manager and collaborates with Sr.
and Assistant PMs. You will supervise daily site activities, enforce safety plans, run on-site meetings with subcontractors and owners, maintain documentation, and drive schedules to meet deadlines while coordinating material deliveries and QA/QC.

The Superintendent is directly responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and directing field activities on projects. The Superintendent must be able to work independently as well with other project team members and subcontractors. This is a managerial position that reports to the Project Manager. Will also works with Sr. Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager.
