Job summary

F.H. Paschen is seeking an assistant manager who will report to the Superintendent and support daily supervision of the project in Virginia.

The role involves coordinating field labor, supervising subcontractors, maintaining site safety, and ensuring proper sequencing and documentation to keep projects on schedule and within budget. You will assist in owner relations, deliveries, and quality control, with opportunities to oversee projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in General Construction required.
• Some working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining project safety.
• Assist in maintaining project housekeeping/cleanup of job site.
• Assist in maintaining appropriate project documentation.
• Assist in resolving field conflicts.
• Assist in ensuring proper job sequencing.
• Assist with owner occupant relations.
• Coordinate and receive deliveries.
• Regular project visits.
• Oversee your own projects when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

This is an assistant managerial position and reports to the Superintendent in charge of the project and the General Superintendent.

Pay Range

$75,000 to $100,000
