Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Assistant Stylist for a temporary track designed to train toward a full stylist role through close mentorship with Elite or Master Stylists. Initially, you will focus on guest consultations, service support, and product recommendations to build a strong foundation in guest experience and performance.

In months 4–6, you will begin servicing guests of your own while continuing to grow skills, drive sales, and learn new techniques and products within a fast-paced salon

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and consult on hair care needs.
• Recommend products and services and perform demonstrations.
• Support and mentor under experienced stylists; progress to servicing guests.
