Initially under a mentor, you will develop skills in performance, guest service, and procedures, with potential to service guests independently in months 4-6. The role emphasizes a passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and willingness to learn new skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new techniques and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and contribute to store goals.
• Assist mentor stylist and later service guests independently.
• Perform hair services and color applications after month three where applicable.
• Demonstrate products and drive retail sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the salon and shop floor.
