Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Fort Worth is seeking an Assistant Stylist for a temporary role designed to prepare you for a stylist position. You will engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend services and products under the guidance of Elite or Master Stylists.

In months 4–6, you will start servicing guests of your own while continuing to grow technical skills, guest service excellence, and product knowledge in a fast-paced, supportive salon environment.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Ability to perform haircutting, coloring, styling, and makeup as applicable.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and consult on hair care needs.
• Recommend services and products to enhance total look.
• Support and be mentored by Elite or Master Stylists for 3 months.
• Assist with bookings, sanitation, and store standards.
