A fitness studio in Rockwall is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for new leads and enhance member experience. About the Role

As a Sales Associate at BODY20, you’re the first point of contact for new leads and a key part of our member experience. You’ll guide prospective members through our unique technology, educate them on the benefits of EMS training, and help them select the best membership option for their goals. Your energy, confidence, and passion for fitness will help members start their BODY20 journey strong.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential members via walk-ins, phone calls, texts, and emails
• Conduct studio tours and introduce prospects to the BODY20 experience
• Book and confirm sessions for leads and walk-ins
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high energy in the studio
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
• Build strong relationships with members to encourage referrals and retention
• Maintain studio cleanliness and assist with day-to-day operations
• Participate in community outreach and local marketing events

• Prior sales experience preferred (fitness, retail, or hospitality a plus)
